The M-1 was part of the basic series from 1999 until 2005. Some of them had a pickup system installed (B-Band New Frontier or A-1) and in that case have the name "M-1 P". The regular necks have been 44mm wide, although we built many with so-called "New Profile", which is 46mm wide. Some models also had rosewood fingerboards and bridges instead of the ebony ones.
